It's a shot of the Joker's face. I love this picture because it's so sharp & The Joker looks crazy, Thanks Neal. The next wallpaper is a super-close-up color photo of a Batman Birthday Cake. I just thought it was weird & unusual plus "graphically" it looks kinda cool. Try it, you'll see, it's kinda neat.
