PC MOD: Custom Built BATMOBILE TUMBLER Computer

Most Bat-Blog Readers are very intelligent, really good looking, & very creative, ha ha. Here's an example: Our friend Kevin, who custom built this "Tumbler Batmobile PC Mod", has just put it up for sale on eBay. So, this is your rare opportunity to buy this famous custom computer! Basically he took a very large RC Remote Control Tumbler Batmobile & gutted-out the insides. Then he replaced the inside with computer parts so that it's an actual running/working PC! Personally, I think it's a beautiful piece of ART!! He runs a website where he explains all the technical stuff. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas with Batman Begins GTA Mods

In the video game world there is a sub-culture where some very talented people ( I call them "Artists" ) create what they call "MODS". Basically they create a line of code to give a character or vehicle a whole new look & then they embed that code into the game. In this video we see the main character of "Grand Theft Auto" replaced with Batman & his car is now the Tumbler Batmobile...sweet!

Video: BATMAN & JOKER Mods in Grand Theft Auto Vice City!!

In the gaming world there are super computer-nerds who create what are called "mods". I mean PC-Nerd in a good way :) Anyway, they create what is called a "MOD" & basically it's some code that changes the look of a character in a PC video game. In this video it shows GRAND THEFT AUTO - VICE CITY where they have replaced some characters with Batman & Joker. They even made a mod for one of the cars that is the Batmobile. Now this GTA video is just an example. Please don't e-mail me wanting to know where these mods are because I don't know.

Custom BATMAN STYLE PC Computer Tower!

Groovy Sixties Mod Fashion Model Photography 1960's

Fans of both Pop Art & Vintage Clothing are gonna freak out over these groovy photos! The 2 large photos up above that look like "comic book pages", with fashion models dressed in mod clothing, were photographed by the famous Fashion Photographer Ronald Traeger in the 1960's. I'm not sure which fashion magazine it was published in but it's pretty cool! ( I got these pics from a blog about vintage mod clothes but forgot to save the URL so if you know please let me know so I can give credit ). The third smaller picture of the mod girl with the Batman mask was from another article in another magazine & was sent in by a loyal BAT-BLOG Reader, Thanx Molly! GRAND THEFT AUTO Video Game BATMAN MOD

OK, This post will be popular with gamers of GRAND THEFT AUTO: San Andreas and BATMAN FANS!! The picture up above shows a prototype of a Batman MOD that I found on a gaming webpage but it was unavailable for download. Basically a MOD is a special code you can apply into your PC to change a character or vehicle inside a video game you have on your computer. I don't think these work on Playstation Consules, just the PC. I've seen these before with the game DOOM & instead of having monsters to kill they had Barney The Dinosaur ( that would be a pleasure ) & Simpsons characters! Here, you can replace the main character in GTA with a graphic of BATMAN. Not only would that be extremely cool to play but he's the 1970's version of Batman that I like best! When, or if, this MOD becomes avaliable I'll have a post here, stay tuned!
