Here's an amazing piece of art done by none other that the Super-Great FRED HEMBECK! It's sort of an homage to the Classic Golden Age issue of Detective Comics # 27 ( May, 1939 ), which was the very 1st appearance & origin of a strange new comic book character called "The Batman". It's rendered in Hembeck's hilarious "cartoon style" & is instantly recognizable. Be sure to click on the picture for a larger, more detailed, photo. Also, remember to check out his auctions on eBay where he sells these Classic Cover Artworks from time to time.
