OK, I'm a little late reporting this ( sorry ) but this video game doesn't come out in the USA for awhile so, it's all good! I'm talking about last year's most popular video game BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM. They're going to re-release it in a Special "GAME OF THE YEAR" Edition. Oh yeah, and it's going to be in 3D! Yes, you read that right, 3-D. It looks like Eidos is jumping on that bandwagon. Well, I guess it's not a total loss because there will be a few extra characters & special maps. Plus, if the 3D action is done well then it might be pretty cool. Anyways, here's a pic of what the packaging will look like. They're making it in all the standard gaming formats: Playstation 3, XBox 360, & Windows Games ( I like PS3 the best ). OK, it's already been released in Europe & Australia ( came out March 26th ) but will hit the USA on May 11th, 2010. One last thing, down below is the game trailer...check it out!!
In this latest video from Eidos Games we get a chance to see some of the amazing GADGETS from the soon-to-be-released BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM Video Game. I'm seriously starting to totally fall in love with this game & have not even played it yet! I really like the BATARANG Gadget the best. Well, OK, the Grapeling Gun looks pretty awesome too, ha ha! With a release date of August 25th, 2009 it looks like this will be the 2009 GAME OF THE YEAR!

Recently I needed some "icon graphics" for a project & totally by accident found these incredible Batman-Theme Desktop Icons that are extremely cool! They represent the many different Batmobiles that Batman has had over the years: The Tumbler from Batman Begins & The Dark Knight, The 1989 Movie Car, The 1940's Comic Book Version, One that looks like the Superpowers Action Figure Toy Car by Kenner, The Animated Series, etc...way too many to list here! They are broke down into 2 different sets: Volume1 and 2. The link button down below takes you to the first set & then just click the "Search For Similar Items" button under that & look in FREEWARE ( purple area ) for Volume #2. They're really great & are in both Windows & Apple formats.
One day I was really nerding out & looking up cool stuff on the net. By accident I found a cool WINDOWS-XP WIDGETS forum where all the users are Super Computer-Nerds! ( & I mean that in a good way, ha ha ). Ok, no disrespect, but these guys are very very serious about their stuff! The forum was a place for people to share high-tech computer "tweaks" like special icons, wallpaper, plug-ins, & a great thing called WIDGETS! Widgets are things you place onto your desktop that are calenders, clocks, MP3 Players, stuff like that, but they are designed to look extremely cool! These are not your grandma's widgets! Anyway, there were 2 guys who had a goal to make the best Batman-Inspired desktop ever! Up above are the screenshot photos showing what their customized desktops look like. I really like both of them but the top one is my favorite: extremely high-tech & futuristic! Now, it's really really sad & I shouldn't admit this but my PC is still running Windows ME..ha ha! There's no way it can handle advanced stuff like this but when I upgrade eventually THIS IS GONNA BE MINE! You can click on the small pics above for photos that are LARGE enough to be PC wallpaper! At this very moment I have this as my PC Wallpaper so I can pretend that this is my real desktop...I can dream!
