New BLAMMOIDS Batman Action Figure - Product Photos

Our good friend Reis, who writes the cool GEEK ORTHODOX blog, recently posted these 2 photos showing a BLAMMOIDS Batman Action Figure he bought. It's the 1st time I have ever seen what the packaging looks like so I thought I would share them here. Even though this line of DC Direct figures is extremely weird & even kinda ugly. Some of them are actually starting to grow on me a little bit. I might have to get a few of them, at least the Batman one....or maybe The Joker, ha! BATMAN'S BAT-UTILITY BELT SCHEMATIC - Flash Animation

Here's something that's so extremely cool I knew I had to share it with you guys. Our friend Reis, who is a Graphic Designer & writes the Geek Orthodox blog, is taking a Flash Animation Class at school. For one of his assignments he was told to create some kind of "schematic or blueprint" that was interactive plus it needed to explain the function of an item. So, he chose Batman's Bat-Utility Belt! It shows what all the compartments are & where Batman stores his various crime-fighting tools. You'll see where batman keeps his Grappling Hook Gun, Bat-Cuffs, Smoke Bombs, Bat-a-rangs, etc...He did it with the idea of, "What if the Cartoon Network hired me to do this for their Batman: The Brave and The Bold website?". For my example I'm showing a few pictures here, to give you an idea what it looks like, but if you click the "BATMAN UTILITY BELT" button down below you can experience the actual Flash Animation. BATMAN Superhero Christmas Gingerbread Cookie Art!

A friend named Reis, who runs a cool blog called Geek Orthodox, sent me some amazing pictures last night of a recent event featuring HUGE Batman-related Cookie Art! Yeah, you read that right, Cookie ART! In Washington, every year, the downtown Seattle Sheraton Hotel hosts a Gingerbread Village display decoration in their main lobby for Christmas. This year they seemed to go with a "Superhero Theme". It looks like some awesome pastry chef artists went totally nuts making a huge Batman display. They made a few different Batman figures, a Joker & Scarecrow head, even the Tumbler Batmobile!
