Video - BATMAN ARKHAM ASYLUM - Six Screen Eyefinity Review
OK, I know the new Batman Video Game is "Arkham City" but here's a video showing a pretty awesome 6-Monitor PC Gaming Set-Up using "Asylum" as a demo. Oh man, it's crazy! I bet if you were setting there, close to the screens, it would seem like a more natural view. But, I wish the monitor edges were not showing, more seamless, but this is still pretty cool!

BATMAN BANE WALLPAPER - Arkham Asylum Video Game Action Figure

Here's an extremely cool BANE Batman Villain WALLPAPER to decorate your desktop. Now, I didn't take this photograph so I can brag about how awesome it is, ha ha! This was a photo sent in by a Bat-Blog Fan named Steve. He loves the New BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM Action Figures so much that he took this awesome photo of BANE from the series. The lighting is great and you can really see some of the fine details. Oh man, I want this cool toy! ( Thanks Steve ) Plus, with Bane being a major character in "THE DARK KNIGHT RISES" movie the timing is perfect!

2011 Hot Wheels ARKHAM ASYLUM BATMOBILE - New Batman Toy Car Packaging

This isn't earth-shattering news but there are some Hot Wheels Collectors out there who will find this important. OK, you know the New 2011 Hot Wheels BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM BATMOBILE Car that is out there? Well, it's been seen with variant packaging where one has the BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM Logo on it. Now, the cars are exactly the same, it's just a variation on the package design. Mattel is sort of known for doing that kinda thing, ha! Personally I like this new one with the logo because it makes it more of a piece of Bat-Merchandise. ( Thanks Chris )

THE JOKER AND HARLEY QUINN Fun Photos & News

Check out these 2 Fun JOKER & HARLEY QUINN Photos: The 1st one was sent to us by a new friend named Patricio who lives in Chile. He recently bought a "foreign copy" of the famous Joker Graphic Novel, "Batman: The Killing Joke". Well, it's not foreign to him, just us comic book collectors in the USA, ha! The neat thing is that in Chile it's titled, "La Broma Asesina". Oh yeah, now how cool is that?! That's awesome!
The next photo is absolutely incredible. This is a BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM Birthday Cake of HARLEY QUINN created by a company called "Mike's Amazing Cakes". The details are insane & it's complete crazy to think that it can all be eaten! I mean, it's an ART Masterpiece. I couldn't eat it, ha!

VIDEO - JOKER and HARLEY QUINN - PASSING ON THE SMILE - Batman Fan-Made Film
Check this out, here's a brand-new video of a Batman Fan-Film that is starting to get a lot of attention. It's titled PASSING ON THE SMILE & it revolves around the beginning of the JOKER & HARLEY QUINN relationship that started at Arkham Asylum. The production values are good & the actors do a decent acting job. Plus, the shooting locations are impressive for a fan-made film. Now, I don't think I'm ready to do a complete full-review on this movie yet because I have only had time to watch a few parts of it ( it's in 6 parts ). But so far it's been pretty good. So, for everybody who watches it please let me know what you think about it. Enough talk, here's PART ONE down below & you can click inside the video after it's over for Part Two, enjoy.

BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM Video Game Sequel Named BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment recently announced BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY as the title for the follow-up to the award winning and critically acclaimed videogame BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM. Shown here are the 2 variant covers for GAME INFORMER magazine which will be released next month, September 2010, so keep an eye out for those ( Also, be sure to click on the graphics up above for some hi-res artwork ). The game, which will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC next fall and developed by Rocksteady Studios, expands upon the gritty, atmospheric scenery and characterization that catapulted BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM to the forefront. It is set in a sequestered section of Gotham City that has become the home for the criminally insane. Players are introduced to a brand new story that bring together an ensemble cast of characters and villains from the Batman universe, as well as enhanced gameplay features that build upon the ultra-realistic Dark Knight experience that fans enjoyed with BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM.

BATMAN NEWS For The 2010 San Diego Comic Con!

Are you going to the 2010 San Diego Comic Con this year? Well, here's a couple of Batman items to keep an eye out for. The Graphitti Designs company will have a special limited edition BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM ( Video Game ) action figure in their booth, #2315. It's the BATTLE-DAMAGED BATMAN!! It's sort of a special pre-release, since it will come out before the next official wave of figures. Also, Warner Bros announced that they teamed up with SDCC to give away 125,000 special tote bags that will feature many of their different commercial properties. There will be 11 different designs so be sure to try & get the one with "Batman: The Brave and The Bold", pictured up above. In fact, if you can get an extra one to give me then I would love you forever, ha! The other 10 designs will be: The Big Bang Theory, Chuck, Fringe, Human Target, Nikita, The Vampire Diaries, The Looney Tunes Show, Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated, Clash of the Titans & Brightest Day. OK now, the Bat-Blog isn't going to SDCC this year ( because we're total losers ) but, like every year, we will try our best to keep you up to date on any new information about the event that is related to Batman. If you hear of any news please let us know.

New "Passing on the Smile" Fan-Film Teaser Trailer - Harley Quinn's Origin
I received an email this morning from a guy who is working on a new fan-made film called "Passing on the Smile". Basically, the movie is all about the creation of Harley Quinn. She is an employee of Arkham Asylum in Gotham City & we all know that she turns into a villain ( and Joker's girlfriend ) ...but, how does it happen? I think this film is going to try & explain that. This is the teaser trailer & you also get a small glimpse of the Joker.

My Friend Meets Batman Voice Actor KEVIN CONROY in Chicago!

OK, I'm totally jealous here!! While on Facebook the other night I thought I would go over to my friend John's page to see what he's been up to lately & say, "Howdy". Well, when I got there he had just posted this really great pic! He recently went to that C2E2 Comic Book Convention in Chicago. I really really wanted to go to this thing but couldn't do it this year. Anyway, while he was there, he got to meet KEVIN CONROY!! Yes, the Voice Actor who created Batman's voice for the Batman: The Animated Series TV Cartoon, the Arkham Asylum Video Game, etc...Batman! Now, just to clarify, Kevin is on the left & John is the guy in the bat-suit, ha! Yes, John also has an extremely amazing 1966 Batman TV Costume, Adam West Style! He said that meeting Mr. Conroy was a total thrill & I believe it! I've heard that he's very gracious & overall a pretty nice guy, that's cool. Plus, in my own personal opinion, he's the greatest "Batman Voice" out there! Thanks to John for allowing me to publish this wonderful photo, I'm still jealous!
