It's Yvonne Craig as Batgirl on her famous Bat-Cycle from the 1966 TV Series. That show was awesome & so was she. The next one is way more "modern day" since it's the cover art for a very recent Batman title. The Comic Book Artist here is Andy Kubert & this is his version of the Dark Knight.
